There are lots of professional personal trainers around the country. However, there are no trainers who make their client laugh, learn, and exercise at the same time except Josh Chewning.
I'm 20 years old Lifestyle Family Fitness client going on 3 weeks now. I played for Admiral Farragut Academy varsity soccer team for 2 years (1 year as a captain), but End of my senior year, I had a hypertension due to a bad eating habit and irregular routines. I weighted the heaviest I have ever been. However, personal training session with Josh, so far I have lost 17 lbs and gained a much more toned muscle. Not only that my blood pressure dropped from 160/100 to 127/79. Josh Chewning is fabulous. He personally fits each my workouts to my overall goal of losing weight but more importantly to become healthier person.
After two weeks of weight training with Joshua (Five days each week) there was a noticeable difference in my body fat percentage, blood pressure, waistline, strength, stamina and flexibility. I was hooked and the rest is fitness history.
I must admit I initially joined the gym strictly out of vanity, because I really want to make my body shape before I go to University of Wisconsin – Madison this fall. However after just three weeks of working with Joshua, I changed my entire outlook on fitness and learned to appreciate the health benefits as well as to view exercise and fitness as a lifestyle and not just a quick fix. Also, when I have a session with Josh, he is willing to try different types of exercise that I need. He never makes me bored during personal training sessions. He provided ample information to make my body shape. His consultation corrected my misconceptions and he has power to make people smile during sessions. I think no one; I mean no one had any problem with Joshua.
Each day I come in I am greeted with a "good morning Jack," sent off with a "See you at 5pm" and many jokes and laughs. I get compliments on my progress followed by a challenge and encouragement to push myself to the next level. He also gives me a warm grin, wellness education, technique tips and a much needed lecture on my diet.
Josh has changed my entire outlook on health and fitness through constant encouragement and most importantly by their individual lifestyle examples and for that I am truly thankful. I am sad that I cannot take Josh’s Personal Training session after my graduation, but he is sending me valuable information even though I am up in Wisconsin. You will never ever get disappointed with Josh’s training session.
