Josh Chewning has been my trainer for a few years now. My primary goal is weight control and strength training. I have some medical conditions which prohibit me from the usual weight training routines. Josh Chewning modifies my work out to fit my specific needs so that I can still effectively train without injury or aggravation to my body.
I enjoy the training sessions-Josh makes them fun and it's not the same boring routine. He switches it up alot and makes it a challenge. Something that I wouldn't normally "believe" I could do, he shows me that I can do it!
I use to feel like I had no upper body strength, but not any more! And my flexibility is getting better every day. Arthritis may be trying to steal my health and fitness, but I plan to keep "kicking it's butt!"
