I know you have been putting in extra hours at work, cooking dinner for your family, helping your kids with their homework, cleaning the house, putting up with an OVER ACHIEVING spouse that forgets to help you with your ISH, etc.
But, what have you done for yourself to help heal your soul and strengthen your fire?
I hear TOO often that you are never able to find time for yourself to relax. I hear all the time that this is the way it has been for many years and nothing is ever going to change. I hear all the time that no one appreciates your efforts and that if they did, they would pitch in to help out more.
You know what...ITS TIME TO CUT LOOSE!!!
NOTE: You MUST see it the way it is...not WORSE than it is.
Next, think of 3 things you can do to RIGHT NOW to bring that score up 1 or 2 levels towards a 10. You NEED to be realistic with this one.
Next, do at least 1 of the 3 things of each list to help you FEEL the progress you're making towards a BETTER YOU!!!
If you do not see that things can get better, you will constantly do the same things over and over again which will yield the same results!!!
DREAM FREAKING HUGE!!!!!
You can take the ship back and re-write tomorrow!!!!
I can promise that you will feel a sense of IMMEDIATE relief if you do this SIMPLE exercise because you will see a shift happen that you will get addicted to...
